Engineering experience since 1990.

Our knowledge has grown from screen and offset printing into photographic systems, inkjet fluids, machine design and archival imaging technologies.

1500mm reel width
30+years of practice

A practice-led path of development.

Vilea begins as a screen-printing technology provider and production service.

Offset-printing services, equipment and supplies are added.

The company enters the one-hour photo minilab market with paper, colour film and chemistry.

Sales, service and support for new and used photographic minilabs begin.

Dye-sublimation technology for producing photo mugs is introduced to the local market.

Small- and large-format inkjet printers, consumables and technical service join the portfolio.

Vilea launches its in-house Digital Carrier for converting analogue minilabs, together with DMS batch-printing software.

Supply and distribution of inkjet papers and inks start.

A dedicated facility for converting jumbo paper reels into small rolls and sheets opens.

The first in-house dye ink family and Vilea's first inkjet label and photo-printer project are completed.

A piezo-printhead direct-to-garment printer is launched on the domestic market.

Nano-pigment inks and archival dye inks for piezo and thermal printheads are introduced.

A new cartridge and ink-bag filling facility opens; premium-grade dye-sublimation inks enter production.

LASSTER, an archival photographic process designed for a lifespan exceeding 1,000 years, is developed and introduced.

Let's discuss your project.
